Growing up queer in China and immigrating to Canada at the age of 15, Feng’s organically acquired cultural sensitivity of East and West made him into a storyteller of unconventional narratives.
A shapeshifter in genre, his unique perspective is conveyed through either meticulously crafted fantasies or a laid-back approach to capture something instantaneous and real. His innate understanding of culture and style allows him to create images with resonance and versatility while remaining authentic to himself.
